14 years in Bali, allowed Arouna to understand and explore the culture while establishing himself as a renowned chef.
He opened one of the first French bakeries in the paradise island in the heart of Asia. During all these years, Arouna was able to impose his expertise by offering his services as a senior consultant, by signing collaborations with various hotel and gastronomic establishments by investing his knowledge in management in the matter... whether it is in the optimisation of procedure of arrangement of the kitchens as well as the creation of the menus and receipts.
Our mission was to support Arouna on the Branding aspect and the establishment of a business model at the height of a very demanding Asian market.
They took something that I’ve been dreaming about for years and made it a reality!
